Strong quality focus
Every profile is vetted using publicly available information prior to approval to ensure quality. We also have feedback loops for both consultants and companies, and offer background verification options too.
Either side can initiate contact, but this has to be in the context of a specific assignment. We do not permit recruitment firms to post, and so professionals and companies know that their application/role has reached the inbox of the intended audience.
Background Verification is an important tool for professionals to strengthen their skill profile and for organizations to have greater comfort and confidence in hiring the right people as recent surveys have found that one in three resumes in India is falsified.
How it works?
If you are a professional,
You will see a tab reading “My Verification” on your dashboard. Clicking on that leads you to a form where you file in your request for verification. You can choose to get “Fully Verified” by opting for both employment/client and reference checks or get “Partially Verified” by opting for any of the two checks. Once the verification is successfully completed, your profile will have a badge featured at the top of your profile indicating that you are a ‘Verified’ professional.
Strengthens a professional’s skill profile and adds credibility by having future clients / companies hear from past ones!
If you are an organisation,
You will be able to see badges against the names and profiles of those professionals for whom background verification has been successfully done. For professionals who are not yet verified, you can opt for conducting their verification before or after contacting them for your assignment.
It will help you make more informed choices about the best professionals for an assignment. Profiles with background verification done, get listed higher, as it’s an important indicator of the authenticity of the profile

This algorithm is the first of its kind for skill-based marketplaces and job sites in India and has 3 core elements: our custom skill architecture, the intelligent matching algorithm and inputs from external validation.

Companies can quickly determine a basic level of fit – as the summary profiles tell you at a quick glance whether the candidate has the specific sub-skills (e.g., business modelling and valuations) and industry exposure (e.g., in real estate) and then decide to look at the detailed profiles only where it makes sense instead of having to download and open a hundred plus CVs to find most of them unsuitable.
We have now gone a few steps further to help companies – and professionals – identify a prioritised set of matching profiles or assignments to further enable successful connections. This is done through a heuristic that identifies the degree of ‘match’ for an assignment based on parameters such as sub-skills specified, similar positions held, experience, industry and location.
Companies can see applications organised into one of 3 folders based on the underlying score: Perfect Fit®, Best Fit® and Good Fit®. Instead of looking at hundreds of CVs blind. This will help them to see the most relevant profiles first, prioritise and contact efficiently.
As a professional as well, the heuristic will ensure that the most relevant assignments show up as ‘matching’ on your dashboard and through the regular assignment feeds, making the search a lot easier.
