Assignment Details

We are looking for a senior HR consultant to help us design a HR risk framework for our group and the various businesses. The consultant's role would be to:

- Help us understand best practice approaches and frameworks globally to assess HR risk
- Design and define an HR risk framework for the group, after understanding the each business and its context
- Identify risks and oversee development of enterprise risk competence and
awareness across the company
- Evaluate the adequacy of the company’s internal control frameworks in addressing
risks and accomplishing the company’s goals and objectives
- Liaise with department and division heads for understanding business context
- Suggest ways and support in risk mitigation efforts.
- Develop risk management system and guide departmental risk champions on

Skills Required

Experience and knowledge of designing and developing HR Risk Frameworks for other leading organisations
Solid knowledge and understanding of HR functions and processes - both from a functional and business perspective
Previous experience working on a similar assignment would be huge plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
