We want to develop a B2B (retailer) mobile application as an additional go-to-market (GTM) method for retailers to order our portfolio. For the same, we are looking for a Sales & Distribution / Strategy professional with understanding of go to market strategy and experience in launching such an initiative.
We are looking at understanding the following:
* How does app-sell GTM fit in amongst other GTM models
* Which channels / customer segments / geographical or other segments are more suited for this
* How to prioritize amongst multiple markets in terms of rolling out this initiative
* What is the view on mobile apps for single company vs. aggregators like JD.com etc.
* What are the KPIs after implementation (ND / WD / sales uplift / reduced CTS)
The project involves a few days of remote work including consultation calls.
* Experience in developing go to market plans for FMCG companies
* Should understand the nuances of and have prior experience in launching B2B mobile applications
* Excellent communication skills
